With more than 40 properties in Austria and abroad (apartments, offices, commercial and logistics facilities) and a floor space of around 285,000 m² available for letting, the IG Immobilien group of companies is one of the leading groups in the property sector in Austria.

Partner in public-private partnership models
IG also performs important tasks in the public interest. With investments in historically significant buildings, it makes a sustainable contribution to their upkeep and, with its commitment to constructing and managing the Austrian Mission to the EU in Brussels, for example, IG also provides important support for the implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) models in the country’s interest.

Increasingly international
IG Immobilien has successfully gained experience in highly competitive markets such as Brussels, Amsterdam and Budapest, which in turn benefits customers in Austria. In line with the progressive integration of Europe, our property portfolio is becoming more and more international all the time. Today, IG owns several properties in Brussels, rented out to the European Commission and the Austrian Mission to the EU. Amsterdam is also home to an IG property, an office complex with a floor space of around 23,700 m².

Managing directors
Since July 2002, Dir. Ing. Hermann Klein and Mag. Karin Assem-Honsik have been responsible for the management of IG Immobilien Besitz GmbH, IG Immobilien Management GmbH and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Dir. Ing. Hermann Klein
had already co-managed the company from 1998 to 2002. His areas of responsibility at IG are the technical department, facility management, the project groups, IT, lettings and sales, marketing and human resources. |

Mrs. Mag. Karin Assem-Honsik
is responsible for the commercial department, administration, property management, lettings and sales, and quality management. |
