The careful selection of employees is one of IG Immobilien’s pillars of success. Ongoing training and advancement of individual abilities, as well as a modern bonus system, provide our staff with the tools needed to implement IG Immobilien’s corporate goals. The employees can only successfully fulfil the expectations placed on them if they are up to date with developments in the property sector.
The IG Academy was established in 2003 as the Group’s own internal training centre. The advanced training seminars are primarily conducted by our own employees and are held on the premises of IG. In 2005, the IG Academy focused in particular on property law, the changes in the Public Procurement Law as well as on legal reforms concerning property and facility management.
Recently founded, the IG Sports Association is also intended to help maximise IG employees’ levels of motivation. Through common sports activities, IG teams get to to participate in larger events.
