Our aim is focused on preserving valuable building structures as well as on developing new, modern properties in only the best locations. Tailor-made properties promote our success.
We are convinced that properties are far more than just space. They host living and working activities. They represent values and so they’re valuable to us. Just as valuable as the people who live and work in them. So, we do not just merely maintain the value of properties. We are a partner and, above all, a service provider to our tenants. We thus create spaces that reflect and realise the expectations, demands and dreams of our customers. |

• IG’s full range of services offered to office and residential tenants. We focus on service with one direct IG representative ready to assist the customer. We also set the pace for new and innovative services. In addition, customers benefit from full transparency of expenses.

Our success - satisfied tenants
Many of our tenants greatly appreciate our services: the Federal Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the European Commission and the Permanent Representation of Austria to the EU in Brussels. Our tenants also include other very successful companies such as H & M in Villach, or the Honda Logistics Center Austria in the Guntramsdorf business park.

Success built on excellent employees
Our success thrives on the professionalism, competence, decisiveness and dedication displayed by our young team of employees. Around 65 employees assist the managing directors of IG. They manage the company’s approximately 40 properties and projects, which are mainly located in Austria or in European growth centres such as Brussels, Amsterdam and Budapest.

Profitability and responsibility
These values have characterised our company for 20 years (since the foundation of IG) and we are proud of them. As a 100% subsidiary of Oesterreichische Nationalbank, we take substantial responsibility to ensure the profitability and sustainability of our investments. Speculative investments are, and always have been, unthinkable for our company. This awareness governs our daily activities. On behalf of our owner – and in line with our self-image of quality and service – we create added value for our owner and our tenants. |
